My question is "why this man"? There are people that get shot in N.C. everyday, so why does this man get the additional help from Blackwater?

Is The man that was shot related to someone that is in Blackwater. Is the man an important part of the Blackwater project? Is this an intended exercise by Blackwater? No, too many questions.
